The majority of our work is delivered on a One-to-One basis with individual or individuals accompanied by a friend, family member or other professional.
We use a different method to reach a client on a one-to-one basis. Face to face via someone, group office support (letters forms emails) phone calls and website.
Part of our work is also to refer people we support on to other services and clinics. Vice versa.
We always do the client satisfaction survey every three months.
HIV testing is a part of our awareness and prevention work. It has a role in reducing the rate of diagnosis.
Delivery of testing is non-medical community settings organisation helps to destigmatize HIV in order to set up testing opportunities. We speak to community groups and to attend local events and meetings to raise awareness to reach the collective consciousness about sexual health and HIV/AIDs.
